{"id":5545,"date":"2017-01-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-01-04T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.riocom.at\/making-the-development-of-damage-potential-visible-in-a-large-area\/"},"modified":"2024-03-07T00:45:34","modified_gmt":"2024-03-06T23:45:34","slug":"making-the-development-of-damage-potential-visible-in-a-large-area","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.riocom.at\/en\/making-the-development-of-damage-potential-visible-in-a-large-area\/","title":{"rendered":"Making the development of damage potential visible in a large area \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine beinahe vollautomatisierte Methode<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Projekt \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/riocom.at\/projekt\/wasserwirtschaftliche-enwicklungen-in-ueberflutungsflaechen\/\">Hochwasserschadenspotential: Evaluierung und Prognose der wasserwirtschaftlichen Entwicklung<\/a>\u201c des Landes Ober\u00f6sterreich haben RIOCOM und das Institut f\u00fcr Wasserwirtschaft, Hydrologie und konstruktiver Wasserbau (IWHW) der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wau.boku.ac.at\/iwhw\/\">Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Bodenkultur<\/a> eine beinahe vollautomatisierte Methode zur Berechnung des Schadenspotentials in einem beliebig gro\u00dfen Gebiet \u2013 zum Beispiel auf Bezirks- oder Landesebene \u2013 entwickelt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herzst\u00fcck dieser Methode ist die Extrahierung von Geb\u00e4uden aus Orthofotos und die Berechnung des Schadenspotentials in einem \u00dcberflutungsgebiet zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten mittels GIS.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen dazu verwendet werden<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gemeinden und Regionen mit hohem absolutem Schadenspotential bzw. hoher Dynamik des Schadenspotentials zu identifizieren.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geeignete Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Senkung des Schadenspotentials f\u00fcr diese Gebiete zu empfehlen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230; and illustrating the current settlement activities!?!
